In the event that a product is out of stock, our Customer Service team will contact you to process a refund. Refunds for paid orders will be processed directly to your debit/credit card or online account and should reflect within 7 to 21 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund will be issued as no payment was received.
